It is so beautiful here today. Ive got a sunburn and a sprite with mint and lime, and couldn’t be happier.
Randomly decided to go to the bulls/heat game today. Bulls lost…boo. Saw the Everglades as well. Dis you know they have signs that say “panther crossing” here? That’s so weird to me. Like a panther would be as common as a deer!

Dessert from work dinner the other night. Too bad it didn’t taste as good as it looked. It was a mango mousse type thing. Not my fave.
Can I say something?
I am trying so hard to eat healthily, eat smaller portions, and exercise. I can see some small results and that’s great- I feel pretty good too.
But at 2:30, when I’m at work, i want to slam a roll of cookie dough. Like right now. I want it.
My weekend consisted of: Pancakes and bacon, helping get food to over 150 families in rural Illinois at a mobile pantry, exercising with Rodman…yes, that jersey is tucked in, and some awesome fajitas.
Last night I made roasted red pepper Alfredo with shredded mozzarella on top. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I added a little too much milk and I wish the sauce had been thicker. Still tasty.
