I came into my room and there was a good sized brown bag on my bed with a note that said “Happy Early Birthday” and inside was a pair of white figure skates from the antique store! They fit too! Definintely a picker upper from the events earlier today. Thanks, friend.

It said:

Hello, it’s 2009 kaleigh.
i like making things, in fact, i just finished my map box.
brandon and i worked on valentines and made a fort last night.
tonight we’re going to red lobster for my birthday.
i’m not sure where we are going to go for spring break, but i hope we go somewhere and have an amazing time. working at iec sucks, i feel like im forty, but the money is good. i think this time next year i will be living somewhere on campus. i hope ive made some quality friends and have a little more direction in my life. i hope i still use tumblr too.

I’ll be 21 on the 10th. A girl came in  to get coffee the other day and I was joking with the owner about getting me a birthday present and the girl at the counter said hers was on the 10th too. Kinda weird… Happy early birthday to you!
